Returns
If you need to return an item to WeGLOW please do so within twenty-eight (28) days following delivery of your goods. The return conditions detailed below must be met for a full refund.
If you would like to make a return/exchange, please fill in the reason code as applicable on your invoice (received with your order) and return together with the garment to the following address:
US & Canada Returns:

If you don't have your invoice to hand, please write your order number, name, address, whether you’d like a refund or replacement and the issue with the item(s) on a piece of paper and enclosed with your return.
All returns must still have the original packaging and tags as sold. If you have any specific queries, please email our customer service at hello@weglow.app and they will be able to help.
Return Conditions:
- The return shipping cost is the responsibility of the customer, we do not refund the cost of shipping unless the item is deemed faulty by our team.
- All items must be in their original condition; unworn, unused, unwashed, with the packaging and tags still attached. All returns are accepted at the discretion of our team.
- Returns are to be sent within 28 days of delivery
- Please ensure all international returns are marked as "return of goods". If the reason for return is marked incorrectly and WeGLOW receives any customs/duties charges, the charge amount will be deducted from your refund.
- Refunds will be made to the original method of payment. Refunds will be processed within five working days of products being received back.
